With 3 years of higher education, I have learned how to work in a team, communicate better with those around me, and currently improving my communication skills. Having worked as shift lead has given me the experience training others during. The ability to teach others what they need to do for the job has greatly helped with my communication capacity. Leadership skills are something I have acquired whilst working food service. Being able to handle a busy dinner time rush and insuring my employees were staying focused became common for me.
