In my role at planet innovation, I primarily worked on point-of-care lateral flow diagnostic devices. My day-to-day responsibilities included designing and testingprototypes, transferring designs to manufacture, and conducting long term verificationtesting. While at Planet Innovation I also served as a project coordinator on an early-stageproject involving the pilot testing of a novel energy management system at grocery stores.

I undertook an internship at Biofab3d; the biofabriction research centre attached to St Vincents Hospital and a subset of the Aikenhead Centre for Medical Discovery. At the moment I am working with senior researchers on a method of cartilage regeneration involving the combination of 3D printed biodegradable scaffolds and the Biopen (A proprietary 3D printer pen which uses a stem cell "ink"). I also have experience working with Materialise Mimics, a cutting edge image processing software useful in creating 3D renderings/models from patients scans.
