    I worked at a company called the California Superbike School. I worked there for four years and I loved it! I traveled around the United States and taught advanced motorcycle riding on racetracks. I didn’t personally teach our clients how to ride motorcycles, but I was one of the staff members that kept the day running smoothly. My work days were very scheduled and organized which makes me like to think things out so I can complete everything to the fullest.Since I started working at my job, I've become very confident at communicating with people. I am able to handle difficult people and communicate with them in a calm and understanding way.I am very organized and I like to know exactly what my duties are so I can complete it quickly and efficiently. My work days were very long so I'm used to being on my feet for 12 hours or more a day.One of the things I did at my job was make sure our clients had everything they needed to focus on their riding. I handled anything from making them an espresso (we have an espresso machine), to giving them a bandaid. My coworkers and I made sure they have food, snacks and water to stay hydrated. I was always making sure our clients were satisfied and taken care of. I made sure that they were where they were supposed to be whenever we needed them somewhere specific. The days were very scheduled so we usually had two groups of clients that had to do two different things, so I’ve gotten good at multitasking and thinking with how I can do everything efficiently.
