Responsible for operational improvement and business performance within GHD’s Indonesia Operating Centre. Initially answering to the Country Manager, then transitioning into Country Manager role prior to Australia in 2009.Major project involvement as follows: - Project Director for AusAID office fit-out and refurbishment, Australian Embassy, Jakarta. - Project Director for Aceh Reconstruction Program – Infrastructure Component (ARPIC). AUD35M program of infrastructure works in Aceh as part of AusAID’s post Tsunami reconstruction effort. As Managing Contractor, GHD managed the planning, design, and construction of schools, health facilities, ferry terminal, fish hatchery, and governance facilities across Aceh. - GHD Project Director for IREP – IPM for Badan Rekonstruksi dan Rehabilitasi (BRR). As Program Manager, GHD and local partner Lenggogeni assembled a team of around 100 professional and technical staff to oversee the delivery of projects funded by the World Bank’s MDTF, in Aceh. Total program value USD300m. Fees USD17m. Program duration February 2007 to December 2009. - Project Director, Nias Reconstruction Program. AUD10M program of community infrastructure works on the Island of Nias, as part of AusAID’s pos-tsunami reconstruction effort. Project carried out in collaboration with Coffey International.
