As an elected official of the club, the Club Captain role has evolved during the expansion of the club. The implementation of paid coaches to the club has been a great success and with this addition, we have seen and will continue to see Wokingham Cricket Club attracting and developing players from Under 9's through to Senior Men's teams. -

Majority shareholding in the business was purchased from the Gillespie Family by industry specialists in June 2017. Moving onto and focussing solely on a project that was in development towards my tenure as Operations Director, the project will move from R&D and into production towards the end of 2018. The project focused on new drive technology along with a simplified control system that reduces cost, BOM quantities, and production time that in turn will provide a simpler, universal drive system for all products across the companies range. -

A great product in a small geographical market with an aging population. The idea grew and as January 2010 rolled around, James Gillespie and Lachlan Faulkner were asked to join in on the idea and from there Stiltz was born. The business grew from 4 co-founders in 2010 to a team of over 150 in 2017. From the outset, I worked primarily on getting the business started by taking on a range of challenges including financial control, operations management, procurement, recruitment, and training. Working closely with our manufacturing facility in Kunshan, China and with our office in Allentown, PA, I ensured Stiltz was moving forward with R&D, dealer training, production, and installations.Three of the founders sold our interests in the company in 2017 and Stiltz continues to grow with a push towards a dealer model throughout the world. Stiltz is a now a leader in the Home Elevator market worldwide servicing 20 countries over 5 continents.
