Restructuring of the Engineering group into a single Engineering entity from three separate organisations in Renfrew, Gateshead and Crawley. This was achieved, and remains the basis of the current Engineering group, during a period of rapid expansion (from circa 200 people to circa 350 people) and then a gradual return to a smaller business size (circa 150 people) during my tenure.
