Responsibilities include strategy, design, development, operational maintenance, and implementation of enterprise-wide core systems and services supporting the business. The core systems and services would include next generation Digital Workforce and productivity on-prem/cloud technologies. The product scope for Digital Workforce includes Win7/10, O365, MS Office, SCCM, Intune, HII, Citrix VDI, Digital Cloud Services, collaboration technology (Like MS Teams, Zoom, Meeting rooms, A/V) and End User Computing client hardware. Also responsible for product management, communications to business units, executives and other technology members and for providing best of breed services and solutions in the organization.

- Testing and Deploying Workplace hardware and software solutions. ( Teams MTR Solutions, Microsoft Teams Phones, Headsets, etc.- Configuration, Updates, and Support of Teams Devices Via Management tools (Microsoft TAC, Crestron XIO, Yealink YMS )- Communicate with end-users and onsite support teams to provide valid solutions to support both Corporate and Supply-Chain sites- Assisting the team with Migration from SFB to Teams Enterprise Voice- Vendor Management & Project Management

-Design, Implement and maintain Zoom Rooms for the Enterprise.-Coordinate and run Live Production of Company events with utilization Zoom Webinar Platform.-Troubleshoot and tests AV issues in Zoom Rooms for the enterprise.-Test and deploy new versions of the Zoom Software.-Support and maintain Mac and Apple users and Systems in the Enterprise.-Support User issues on site. Tracking issues and resolutions.-System Testing and Administration-Mobile Device Management -Ivanti Management Console & Image Deployment -Project & Vendor Management

- Assist with walk-up requests, handle email requests, answer calls arriving at the Support Center and accurately identify, prioritize and log the incident ticket within the established standards.- Maintain asset inventory for the full life cycle of any tracked asset.- After-hours and evening support 24x7 on-call rotation.- Identify, create, maintain, and update IT and end-user documentation.- Regular weekly travel to local facilities is expected.- Support the IT team in the maintenance of computer hardware, software, and other systems. - Maintain current knowledge of new and developing technologies that can be utilized in support of current or future incidents.- Work in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines.
