Ordering all units for stock and sold orders for customers. Setting prices for New Units within the dealership

(1) Responsible for scheduling and supervising all lifeguard and instructor personnel.(2) Work to review staff, class, and pool scheduling.(3) Be available to teach and/or guard as needed.(4) Oversee ordering equipment purchases and Aquatic/First Aid supplies as necessary.(5) Provide excellent customer service by exceeding patron expectations in program development and safety.(6) Engage in active listening with members in order to build relationships, understand individual’s goals and interests, and take the initiative to assist in the achievement of those goals.(7) Develop weekly training exercises to ensure team is alert and ready in an emergency as well as how to serve patrons to the best of their abilities.(8) Coordinate swimming lessons for children from 6-months to 14 years of age to progress in their confidence in the water.

(1) Recruiting of novice swimmers and swimmer retention.(2) Plan Team Practice Schedule and Meet Schedule, including team and coaches travel, meet entry assignments, and other meet administrative duties.(3) Serve as the overall Head Coach and Competitive Director for the team’s competitive program, providing leadership and guidance to the team’s committee chairs and administrators.(4) Develop the team’s training group structure, team policies.(5) Plan and lead all‐member parent meetings.(6) Ensure the Stingrays is a quality sports club focusing on the advancement of kid's swimming abilities and acknowledgment of a team structure in hopes of encouraging their development into driven young boys and girls with the confidence to take on varying challenges
