• Monitors monthly revenue shipments, OTD, inventory turns, and other inventory metrics.• Generates production orders to meet customer requirements.• Reviews production schedule and production orders to ensure that components and services are available in a timely manner.• Monitors, approves, and creates transfer requirements between the facilities as necessary. Monitors material availability to assist customer service when delivery notes are ready to be issued• Coordinates the planning of current schedules and inventory control parameters for the assigned products.• Coordinates with appropriate personnel to solve problems related to the completion of production orders, such as material shortage status, rejection, scrap, re-work, etc.• Interfaces with multiple departments regarding status of the materials and flow of the components. • Direct workers in loading, unloading and movement of materials on premises utilizing material handling equipment and machinery.• Oversee receiving of materials and instruct workers in receiving and storage procedures.• Enter order material receipts into computer system (Shop Tech).• Issue materials to assigned locations for production as required.• Report and requisition material shortages to purchasing agent.• Prepare and enter material transfers for job tracking purposes.• Inspect loading operations for outgoing delivery’s to ensure compliance with shipping specifications, load limits, and safety regulations.• Prepare delivery tickets and packing slips.• Lead company personnel during physical inventory, conduct counts as needed. • Assign and schedule tasks for employees.

• Ensure all materials have been ordered or are in stock. Make sure orders are scheduled and will ship on time.• Order dyes and materials for all open orders.• Check quality of labels to ensure company standards.
