As Property Services Manager being implemented at a crucial stage of the development, I have been actively involved in the project management of the 20 million dollar mechanical services plant and all other aspects that go hand-in-hand with efficient effective management of an 80000m2 corporate complex, paying particular attention to all relevant legislation. . Along with the National Bank, also within the centre, are ten retail tenants whose fit-outs also required my total management from conception to handing over the keys. Tendering of million dollar services contracts, implementation of document management system, energy management and implementation of BMCS report generation of energy consumption for the whole complex are also of paramount importance to work towards the 4+ star ABGR rating. Being a ground-up management plan, all documentation OH&S auditing and compliance details are strictly enforced. A primary role in this position are the close relationships that have been formed with the tenant/s, builder, tenant consultants and all other related staff. Being responsible for not only the management of the building and essential services, the position also required management of the cleaning and security while working closely with the National Bank’s facilities management provider.
