My name is Cameron Hebert, and I am a Senior studying Human Resource Development at Louisiana State University.From both my time as a student at LSU, and working those part-time student jobs, I have gained valuable and transferable skills applicable to the HR field. As a Senior Shift Lead at Clean Juice, I was responsible for leading a team of up to 12 employees, providing training and performance evaluations, and implementing operational procedures. Currently, as a Benefits Coordinator at Baton Rouge General, I have honed my communication and interpersonal skills.I am also actively involved in the HR community, as a member of the Greater Baton Rouge Society of Human Resource Management and the Society of Human Resource Management at LSU. My areas of expertise include time management, communication and listening, conflict management, writing and interpretation, budgeting, collaboration, computer literacy, customer service, and teamwork.I am eager to continue learning and growing as I work towards my goal of becoming a well-rounded HR professional.
