Clerk-Senior Level
Current- Handle administrative clerical tasks such as payroll, data entry, and file preparation using Microsoft Office and other applications. - Prepare staffing and call lists and communicate with library branches and their managers to ensure library locations across county have enough staffing for daily operation. - Answer and direct phone calls from outside administration (patrons, vendors, etc.) to appropriate recipients. - Occasionally manage and place supplies into shipment for programs at library branches as needed.
