This position is where I mostly help develop and edit videos. Some the projects I have done during my time here include but not limited to:- Steminist Ball 2022 Three Video Series- Creating and Standardizing Thumbnails for the NSTEM YouTube channel- Assigning projects to other interns- Leading weekly video meetings

This is my current position I am holding. Fulfilled one long-term assignment so far. These duties include but not limited to:- Provided support to the classroom following plans provided by teacher and other paras- Gained knowledge of how both S.C. classes and mainstream classes function and how it relates to an individual student’s academic goal.- Acquired certified training in behavior management and Devereux Self-defense.- Collaborated in creating a new student earn system that measures behavior and performance. - Assisted in data collection for every student’s IEP goals of all grades provided in the S.C. classesEnhanced my childcare skills acquired from prior experience.

The duties I fulfilled during the duration of my job include the following:- Analyzed each students individual IEP to assist in creating lessons to cater to their goals.- Provided support for teachers and paras by organizing each lesson plan in a flexible schedule.- Utilized childcare skills, empathy and learning techniques, alongside acquiring new methods on how to approach older students.

The duties I fulfilled during the duration of my job include the following:- Provided support to teachers by organizing academic learning activities and lessons for students- Collaborated with teachers and group members to create lessons tailored to child specific needs- Maintained safe and healthy classroom to ensure wellness and protect students from injuries- Utilize childcare skills and learning techniques in childhood development in the classroom
