Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Construction • Assist Director of Construction and Project Management with daily responsibilities.Acquisitions • Obtain market knowledge through site visits and driving tours.• Assist Director of Acquisitions in research, entitlement, deal structure and analysis.• Work with Brokers to facilitate pursuit of target properties.Financial Modeling and Reporting• Prepare and model Argus financial reporting.• Prepare data base projects for internal tracking purposes. Marketing• Review Investor materials for Web site publication.• Review web site.• Use Word Press to keep investor web site materials up to date. Development• Assist in creating and updating of static pro formas.• Assist in entitlement efforts including neighborhood outreach, city processes, and architectural and engineering consultant coordination.• Accompany partners on meetings with city officials, tenants, neighbors, etc.• Assist in the preparation and updating of project timelines.Leasing-Tenant relations• Assist Director of Leasing in daily activities as needed.• Pursue tenant leasing process with leasing team from inception to signature.Minimum Experience/Training/Education:Enrolled in MRED program with 1-year real estate work experience. Proficient computer skills. Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.Machines/Equipment/Tools Used:Software: Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Project, Argus, Knowledge of personal computers, Internet applications, and accounting software, printers, telephones, fax machine, photocopier.
