I’m proud of the success I’ve had in business and now I want to give back to the community. I have successfully formed and sold several businesses during my career and learned many lessons about ownership and business growth along the way. Now I want to help those less fortunate: our furry, feathered and scaly friends. More than twenty years ago I founded my own company, Precise Earthworks. What began as a small one-man business has evolved into a company that has the capacity to handle complex earthworks projects servicing all of Melbourne. Now that Precise Earthworks is one of Melbourne’s most trusted earthworks providers, I am able to move my attention to my passion project, the launch of my charity, Sheltered Animals. As a lifelong lover of animals of all kinds, it is my mission to help as many animals as I can. The bushfires of 2020 where so many native animals lost their lives was particularly devastating. It was around this time that the idea for Sheltered Animals was born. Through selling branded merchandise and other fundraising activities, Sheltered Animals supports the people who support animals, by providing necessities like food, shelter, medication, equipment and much more. Meanwhile, I am also the holder of the Australian distribution rights to an innovative and game-changing dust management solution, DustLess. This product has the power to make workplaces safer and reduce the environmental impact of dust-related residue ending up in and on our waterways, flora and fauna, causing untold long-term damage to not only waterways, flora and fauna but to humans as well.
