Accountable for development and implementation of strategic multi year marketing plans to achieve business objectives and grow sales volumes for a large scale Master Plan Community Developer. - Branding and positioning of master planned communities - Leadership of internal marketing team and coordination of external consultants & agencies - Lead product segmentation program, coordinate with builders and internal team on new product launches and ongoing maintenance for 30+ distinct housing products resulting in home sales of 750-1000+ annually - Drive the firm's consumer & product research practice - Collaboration with finance team on optimization of business models, inventory management, and forecasting - Accountable for home builder co-op marketing program and budget in excess of $2M annually - Drive sales success through influence & partnership with builder sales and marketing teams - Community engagement related to entitlement of new and expanding development projects - Keep Corporate board and senior management apprised of market conditions, sales activity, and other operational activities through regular reports and presentations - Serve as developer appointed member of various HOA Boards of Directors

The 4,000 acre Daybreak master planned community was created by mining giant Rio Tinto as a post mining legacy asset: Led B2C marketing strategy development, branding, communications, product segmentation, technology innovation and implementation. • Recognized with national & local marketing awards from industry associations. Invited to speak on innovative marketing strategies at national industry conferences, and in University MBA programs• Special projects included oversight of construction & launch of sales environments; project lead for episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition; Development of internal communications program for major mining safety initiative that was globally adopted by Rio Tinto

Project managed various marketing functions such as web development, agency creative development, media planning, digital marketing strategy, CRM system.
