I direct a team of DevOps engineers, providing strategic and technical guidance across various projects and client portfolios. I provided guidance to developers on integrating with these toolchain applications and assisted teams in containerizing applications for orchestration tools like ECS and EKS. I was responsible for building and maintaining infrastructure using Terraform, Puppet, and The Foreman. I supported development teams by creating CI/CD pipelines across various platforms such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, and Jenkins. I also helped design and maintain an internal provisioning system and managed configuration processes using Ansible, Puppet, and Packer. I led the migration of all company infrastructure to a consolidated set of KVM hypervisors and enforced strict configuration management. Additionally, I rebuilt internal networking solutions, including DNS and DHCP management, and facilitated the migration from locally hosted email and storage solutions to Google Apps, providing ongoing support. I also documented internal resources and procedures extensively.

I managed upgrades and maintained audio/video systems and infrastructure for planetarium staff, including multiple clusters of machines running Windows 7 synchronized to external timing sources. I designed systems for viewing and syncing research content across multiple venues and supported daily operations for all planetarium-owned venues, including domed and 3-D theaters. Additionally, I maintained the academy's visualization studio and managed routine maintenance and outages, involving servers, audio/video equipment, and workstations.
