Separate to that I locate and contact prospect clients to try and win projects for the company to work on. A vital part of my job is constructing quotations on new construction projects to ensure they are delivered a service to comply with BRE.

No Curfew Events are a fast growing company with a large portfolio of events over the last 4 years they are proving now to be giants in the running of student events in Leeds. They have over 250 staff working for them and hold 6 events weekly with an average crowd of 800 paying customers. Booking some of the biggest DJs and PAs from top celebrities in the UK they are going from strength to strength.My role at No Curfew Events was to manage and employ all local staff that were not at university, at my peak I had 70+ staff working under me alone. This meant monitoring and tracking staff performance, motivating staff, setting incentives, introducing and mentoring new staff. On the night I would have a physical presence to ensure the event went as planned and any bookings were dealt with effectively also to ensure my street team were hitting their targets, they would be on the streets of Leeds direct selling to bring customers to the event with various different promotions. Street team's were used at every event every night, also I had a team of staff working within the venue collecting data for us to then follow up and email out notifications on new events and promotions. This was a challenging role in which I felt brought me on in various different aspects in the business world including team leadership, sales, mentoring, customer service, customer satisfaction, data input, promotional strategies and organisational skills.
