That fateful day gave my meandering career a direction and has made me into a B2B GTM operations expert. The foundation of my career is built around Salesforce, functioning as an experienced admin and business analyst, but since I have been the GTM operations SME in my last 2 roles I have gained extensive knowledge across the entire GTM tech stack. Salesforce, Netsuite, Celigo(Integrator.io), Spiff, Hubspot, Pardot(Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), Salesloft, High Velocity Sales(HVS), Zoominfo, Apollo.io, RevOps.io, Vitally, RocketReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cirrus Insights. I have been forced to learn quickly and collaborate across many departments. I've had roles in both Marketing and Sales, and learned to collaborate across departs such as Finance, Customer Success, and Product to drive efficiency across the organization. I create custom reports and dashboards for all levels, from sales reps to board meetings, and provide insights to leadership that were previously unseen. I have managed implementations, enabled and optimized integrations, and lead organization-wide data cleaning of inherited systems.
