In the past few years, I have learned so much about the hospitality industry and I have explored many new pathways in terms of learning and growing in both my personal and professional life. I love what I do whether it be tinkering with ingredients whilst writing a new cocktail menu or just giving customers a memorable evening. I came 4th in the gosling black seal cocktail competition and after that, I discovered a new creative side to making drinks which I really enjoyed. I host cocktail masterclasses for The Liars Club and the liars lounge back when I worked at Cane & Grain, and it is an extremely fun aspect of my job which I take with me throughout every shift.
