Recently I was able to take an evaluation that helped determine what type of worker I am and what some of my strengths and weaknesses are. This summary does a great job of articulating just that:"I am motivated by time pressures, changing priorities and deadlines. I speak in a factual and direct manner. I prefer work of a technical nature. I like variation in my work, but am capable of focusing on redundant tasks for short periods of time without losing interest. I may seem compliant in most situations but am capable of exhibiting more expeditious behavior when implied from the work assigned. I enjoy double checking for accuracy and will adhere to rules and processes. I am respectful of authority and prefer reporting to supportive directors who provide clear objectives. I am a cautious person, who strives for credible results by maintaining a focus on the specificity, exactness, and finiteness of my assignments. Guidance is important for me during the period after hiring, but once I am familiar with my position, I will want to feel trusted by superiors.
