Being promoted to Crew Trainer involved all the usual tasks any crew would complete whilst working as a crew member. In my role i had the extra responsibility of training the new staff in all aspects of the restaurant, from how to make and prepare food items to customer service and order taking. here i had to guide them through there first 16 hours of work, having one on one time with them to help them improve and adjust to life at McDonlads. My role also included being the go to person when someone had a problem with another staff member, when an accident occurred or more often then not, when someone wasn't sure how to do something, or was looking for another task to complete. In my role as a Crew Trainer i also undertook a number of training days in preperation to become a manager. In these sessions i would create the stores roster for the following week, be in control of stock ordering and waste control.
