I’m Cam, and I believe that successful companies are built by exceptional teams. I am a team leader who knows how to champion innovation and inspire productivity to complete projects on time and on budget. I have spent the last 15 years as a people leader in IT, serving in roles in Business Technology @ Salesforce from 2013-2023, leading Solution Architecture, Ops Ex, and Enterprise Ops @getcruise, and now supporting the CIO @ Cloudflare. When I am at the helm, I ensure that complex problems are solved at scale over a variety of areas. I have worked in various roles throughout career. I have owned and maintained a portfolio that promotes enterprise enablement, spearheaded many high-profile projects such as our SOX 360, where I helped to create a modernized SOX program that drives and enables sustainable/scalable growth of $50 billion. I’ve led teams to tackle User Authentication and saved a combined 2,818 hours per year for agents and users leveraging the service desk phone intake channel. My superpower is excelling in ultra-fast-paced environments and I can maneuver teams across business intelligence & analytics, compliance, security, identify, infrastructure, help desk, and more. As a leader, my style is to avoid micro-management and instead focus on fostering an inclusive culture and process that allow teams to feel safe enough to take the kind of innovative risks that create company growth. I possess an extremely high level of emotional intelligence and can leverage this along with my interpersonal communication skills to be able to connect and work with pretty much all personality types. I am currently focused on supporting the CIO @ Cloudflare, developing and implement IT's strategic plans, ensuring that the organization's goals and objectives are aligned and achieved.
