Currently:I coordinate and lead skilled workers to fabricate custom industrial machinery. I am calculated, driven and always looking to better the bottom line. I strive for effectiveness in the workplace and maintain a positive attitude towards problem solving. My initiative towards team building and influence with and without authority help to motivate others and continually challenge myself at a fast pace in an environment I am proud to be a part of.Future:I aspire to continue developing my career to hone my skills and attributes and become a well-rounded knowledgeable leader. I thrive to gain progressive knowledge of various manufacturing industry requirements to better build an understanding of the industries I service. Previously:I have focused on industrial projects, machinery fabrication, installation and setup. Decommissioning/ recommissioning and modification of existing equipment as well as process improvements and reliability. I coordinate and lead Maintenance Teams to maintain, troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery for the plastic composite industry, CNC Automotive machining, pharmaceutical industry and automated conveyor systems. I have experience in construction Millwright activities as well, performing large overhauls in steel mills, underground mines and various manufacturing industries. I am excited to take on the new challenges and learning while expanding my experiences. My past career experiences have also given me knowledge in CNC machining and maintenance, PM and PD implementation and scheduling, design and build fabrication skills, welding, fitting, HVLP painting, automated conveyors, and installations, new equipment launches.
