Cam Lichtwer is currently a PTAGlobal Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a Fitness Educator presenting seminars and workshops at various conferences. During his fifteen years in the fitness industry he has developed relationships and associations with New Balance, Biosteel, Precision Nutrition, Hyperice, ViPRPro, 360 Athletics and the Surrey Eagles Junior ‘A’ Hockey Club. Cam has an extensive background in sports, including but not limited to, hockey, premiership rugby, muay thai and jiu-jitsu. He holds certifications in TRX Rip Trainer, TRX Suspension Trainer, myofascial release, ViprPro, kettlebell and athletic conditioning. Coach Cam is dedicated to the progress of his clients as well as the education of current and future trainers. Outside of fitness, Cam has a passion for anything country or educating and entertaining the masses on his instagram account @CFTSAthletics.
