I am a dedicated Product Development Apprentice at Premier Foods, focused on creating and improving products, particularly under the  Bisto brand, among others. With three years of valuable experience in new product development, with particular focus on extrusion and agglomeration, I have a keen interest in learning about different food processing technologies. In 2023, I was honoured to receive Sheffield Hallam University's Apprentice of the Year award, a testament to my commitment to excellence. Currently working towards my degree in Professional Practice in Food Technology through an apprenticeship, I'm actively applying my knowledge in real-world settings.A key highlight in my career was the successful launch of Bisto Best Meat-Free Chicken and Beef Gravy Granules in 2022, which I worked on from concept to launch, marking a significant milestone in my development. Driven by ambition and curiosity, I am eager to delve deeper into the realms of food processing and new product development, with aspirations of becoming a future leader in the field.Throughout my academic journey, I have supported my coursemates and course leader as a student representative. I am also proud to have promoted Premier Foods at various apprenticeship fairs at Sheffield Hallam University.
