Maintain and develop relationships with Cybershield customers in military and defense electronic equipment, medical devices, telecommunications equipment, automotive and consumer electronics. Responsible for managing customer requests and quotation inquiries for conductive coatings, chemical conversion coatings, barrier coatings, conductive gasket applications, and decorative coatings. Oversight of costing and final quotation to customers, ensure correct product offering per customer specifications, negotiate pricing and commercial terms & conditions. Review and approve in accordance with customer and Cybershield requirements to ensure correctness in all deliverables while maintaining specific margin requirements.

Oversee the production of all products to be plated, according to customer requirements, specifications and control documents. Monitor and Maintain Quality Objectives with regards to Company Policy – Quality Objectives. Scheduling and recording of employee labor hours. Manage and Maintain Inventory to maintain production schedule and minimize nonproductive time.
