In charge of the daily operations of the most successful console gaming organization in North America. Duties included but were not limited to staff training, sourcing sponsors and lead for sponsors, contracting, scouting and sourcing new teams, while coordinating daily operations and running administration for the website. Specialized in particular with the development of the Amateur Draft League and growth of the vVv League of Legends Division.

Competed/Coached on the MLG Circuit and many local tournaments for Gears of War at the highest level. Attended over 15 national events, become a rather well known personality within the community and still have very close ties. My introduction into gaming fueled my competitive passion and helped keep me on a determined path during a difficult adolescence. Still very active within the community. As a teenager was often the captain and prime individual accountable for a full team, a good way to integrate responsibility at a younger age.
