Prior to my MBA, I worked as the lead investment associate for a real estate private equity firm focused on acquiring existing multifamily assets valued between $25M - $200M in secondary and tertiary markets in the Mountain West, Southwest, and Southeast regions. During my three years at the firm I underwrote 200+ properties and the firm acquired $966M in real estate (growing AUM to $2.5B), and dispositioned $480M in real estate.
