I am a military intelligence officer for the Alabama Army National Guard with an MS in National Security with a focus in Homeland Security. On the civilian side, I work for Plateau GRP as a supervisor, leading a team of professional technicians who support military students and the software on their devices.I am focused on improving as a leader. My soldiers and my technicians are the backbone of their respective organizations. My goal is to empower them in their professional and personal development. It's not that difficult to be a supervisor or an officer. It takes intentionality and sacrifice to be a leader. By no means am I perfect in this regard, but it is my ambition to ensure that from the lowest level and up, people are provided the resources, the guidance, and the support they need to better themselves.
