Key Responsibilities:• Assisting customers and delivering a unique experience to rival that of competitors, adhering to the CARE programme (Customers Are Really Everything) and the 10step guide to selling• Gathering and maintaining customer information using the inhouse database for loyalty programs and statistical use• Coordinating stock intake and output, using WEB IM to bring in new stock and send out orders to other stores and/or contacts• Coordinating product repairs and returns, liaising with product brand employees to discuss repairs. fill out repair forms and return to the factory• Resolving customer complaints and issues, dealing with difficult situations and ensuring best possible solution to keep the customers loyal and happy• Managing up to 10 staff in the absence of the Manager, allocating tasks and ensuring customer service standards are adhered to• Assisting management with the development and implementation of new marketing ideas for the store• Monitoring of Employee Performance Results using KPI tracker to determine areas of strength and weakness and areas to improve. Also used to track progress to targets for each shift.• Training of new employees
