Monetary Policy Implementation - Domestic Markets

This role involves working collaboratively with the Branch Manager and colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes for every customer.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Work with customers to help them use our in-branch technology and digital banking options.• Ask about and respond to customers’ transactional needs in the branch, ensuring they leave satisfied.• Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ financial needs and identify any changes.• Perform interviews and process applications for personal loans, credit cards and associated products.• Proactively call customers to build rapport and invite them into the branch for a Financial Health Check or an appointment with a specialist.• Adhere to the Bank’s processes and procedures, including accurately reconciling transactions and reviewing customers’ financial positions.• Engage with customers by participating in community events and fundraising activities.• Use tools to capture customer feedback, and take action to correct any service breaks and drive improvement.• Having a major focus on meeting customers' changing needs and educating them about ICBC'saward-winning technology.

Follow instructions and lesson plans to conduct high-quality teaching sessions. Create, store and facilitate retrieval of physical and digital teaching resources and materials using standard templates. Scan and sort administrative documents, matching personal information of students class balance and target accuracy. Enter data and maintain students’ records and documentation accurately and in accord withlesson planning requirements, followingstandard templates. Preparing outgoing administrative and office communications connecting parents and stakeholders and ensure precision, consistency and within required timeframes. Perform data entry and provide customer service support. Follow instructions to assist the team with other tasks as required.
