Since January 2023, I have been bringing my vision of the dream Production Studio/Company to life.The first year of this massive endeavor has been overseeing every aspect of the demolition and construction of this almost 20,000sf Studio Facility. During this time, I have personally taken on many of the project tasks to ensure every specification is how it is envisioned. The construction phase is nearing an end and I will be elated when I can never look at a paint roller again!Concurrently, I am building the business infrastructure for Orange Belt and how the studio will operate. Orange Belt will be a one of a kind experience for clients but also for any production crew that will be at the studio as well.Once the Studio fully opens, my role will be to oversee all operations, team members, client relations, as well as ensure the highest quality production is being provided. As Orange Belt will house high-end video production, photography, music production/recording, Live Streaming/Broadcasting, and Event Production, it is my mission not to be an expert at all these areas, but ensure that our group of highly experienced experts as well as myself, provide an experience and product that is unlike any other.

This role at Visit.org included building a new video production, talent management, Digital Asset Management system as well as Live Streaming infrastructure for Visit.org who hosts an average of 190 events each month, all which support over 2000 international nonprofit and social impact groups.Some of the facets of this role included:- Researching, Testing, Project Managing and Launching an updated digital asset management system and virtual event platform company-wide.- Casting, On-boarding, Training and Managing over 90 virtual and in-person event hosts from over 31 different countries and over 12 languages. This included the rebuilding of all contractual agreements, systems, training and development programs.- Traveled for Visit.org to produce and direct multiple interview and documentary format video segments all supporting Social Impact Groups focused in Mentorship, Armed Service Veteran Groups, The Special Olympics, and various others.- Hosted multiple live virtual and in-person events for groups numbering between 250 and 3500 participants.
