Detailed responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Develop and submit detailed estimate plans, and estimate budgets for EPC projects. Manage multi-discipline estimating teams, to perform conceptual estimates. Develop and supervise the company's Indicative estimating software.Develop and assist engineering team with feasibility studies. Supervise teams of multi-discipline design engineers to assure conceptual designs are economically feasible and constructible. Review of final estimates including all labor & material costs, indirect costs, construction equipment, scheduling, taxes, permits, productivity, escalation, fees, and contingency.

Range Fuels is a new innovative wood based anaerobic thermal conversion ethanol production technology. Detailed responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Generating conceptual capital cost estimates. Value engineering.Constructability reviews.Evaluating engineering design concepts.Developing initial plant general arrangement designs and drawings.Site development and acquisition including negotiations with State government, Local municipalities, Utilities and Rail.Procurement Review.Subcontract review and oversight.

Detailed responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Develop and submit detailed estimate plans, and estimate budgets for EPC projects. Manage multi-discipline estimating teams, to perform detailed conceptual estimates. Develop and supervise the company's Timberline estimating software. Supervise teams of multi-discipline design engineers to assure conceptual designs are economically feasible and constructible. Review of final estimates including all labor & material costs, indirect costs, construction equipment, scheduling, taxes, permits, productivity, escalation, fees, and contingency. Oversee and compile data for entry into the Company's Risk and Opportunity Management Tool. Participate in client negotiations to explain construction scope, and pricing issues. Develop and implement estimating/construction turnover packages upon contract award, and stay in continual contact with the construction team through project completion.

Supervision of subordinates who perform complex duties utilizing state-of-the-art techniques, and diversified knowledge of engineering and estimating principles. Reports directly to the CEO. Detailed responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Preparatory decisions for conceptual documents from which estimates are developed. Preparation and review of final estimates including all labor costs, material costs, indirect costs, direct job expenses, equipment, scheduling, taxes, permits, and fees. Planning and directing the activities of a group of engineers and estimators. Developing and maintaining an Industrial clientele.

Responsible for developing competitive, accurate cost estimates on a wide variety of complex industrial projects. Estimates include Fully Engineered, EPC, Design Build, Unit Price, Negotiated, Budget, Lump Sum, and Joint Venture Proposals. Produced numerous estimates for the following industries:Power (Wind, Solar, Biomass, Coal, and Gas Turbine) Mining/MineralsPetrochemicalWastewater TreatmentHeavy ManufacturingManufacturingPersonally estimated or solely lead bid teams producing cost estimates up to $50m on E&I projects, and over $500m on multi-discipline projects. Involved in all stages of the proposals from the time the RFQ first arrives through award and project site estimate turnover.

Responsible for developing design and conceptual cost estimates for a variety of Power Projects. Developed historical unit man-hour database, programmed Assemblies, and Work Packages for MC2 estimating program. Tested and held Master Electrical licenses for projects in Connecticut and New Jersey. Personally responsible for all electrical and instrumentation estimates and pre-design company wide.
