In this role, I managed a team of process and systems support bankers who provided on call support to bankers across the ANZ Bank Contact Centre as well as the Australian Branch Network and Mobile Lenders. As a Team Manager I was responsible for the day to day management of my team as well as project management for initiatives that would improve Contact.
