Account Manager
Current• Fosters relationships with existing and prospective customers by acting as liaison between them and TOMZ.• Identifies and pursues strategic opportunities for new business within incumbent and prospective customers/products. Presents opportunities, executes quotations, and follows up on target work.• Schedules kickoff meeting(s) to ensure successful initiation of new projects. Facilitates introductions of internal and customer teams to provide lines of communication/escalation. Aligns all stakeholders of project scope, quality requirements, due dates, etc.• Hosts open-order report meetings with customers. Provides status updates and coordinates pull-in requests when necessary.• Assists with company marketing initiatives such as trade show booth design, website/social media content, etc.• Represents TOMZ at industry trade shows and career fair recruiting events.
