I was a carpenter at S&K Commercial Interiors in which I unload and organize materials on job sites, frame out business interiors with metal studs, hang drywall, and do finish carpentry such as door frames and hanging doors.

As facilities manager at Twin Lakes Golf and Swim Club I was in charge of a small team of employees that were in charge of general upkeep around the clubhouse and event set up. In this role I had to schedule my employees, delegate work, communicate with other managers, prioritize the work that needed to be completed, and communicate with clients on certain aspects of their event. The work of my team was accomplished through weekly meetings with other managers followed by a weekly meeting with my employees to pass information through the management structure. This was done with daily meetings with my employees on the importance of what work we have and to delegate work to them. Communicating with the clients allows me to understand their vision of what their wants and needs were which allows me to bring it to light through my work and the work of my employees.

As a maintenance worker at Twin Lakes, I have the role of upkeep around the clubhouse, helping out any department that needs it, and setting up the banquet halls for any events that are taking place.
