I have worked in different industries to gain experience, including as a bartender and working in construction. I have experience in leadership roles of voluntary work, as a Sport Secretary at my university which has involved managing of multiple sports, leading training sessions and providing sportspeople with a platform to get involved and improve themselves in different sports. My key qualities are my commitment to my work, leadership and communication skills, all key attributes I have needed to show in the work I have previously done. I have demonstrated these especially in my recent sports volunteering roles, having to being proactive to continually lead sports for hundreds of university students and encourage a healthy and competitive atmosphere.
