I am currently a Junior at the University of Iowa in the Tippie College of Business. I’m majoring in finance. In being directly admitted into the business school, I have already learned so much about teamwork, communication, as well as leadership in a professional setting. In certain classes such as Microeconomics, I have done nearly every project with a group of peers where I’ve learned to use all three of these skills and more.What separates me is my ability to work with anyone and everyone through connecting with my peers. I feel that building positive relationships with my peers is the best way to learn what motivates them. In doing this, I feel that I am able to get the most out of others, and myself in the work environment.
