Spearheaded multiple projects scrutinizing customers’ emergency response procedures through data aggregation, cleaning, analysis, and visualization utilizing both Microsoft Excel and Python. Worked extensively with a Salesforce plugin to query and update Enel X’s customer databases using SOQL and SQL. Analyzed over 4,000 customers’ energy reduction capabilities for Enel X’s largest demand response program, and optimized their enrollment parameters for both financial return and environmental impact.
