About Cameron Allison

Passionate anime content creator with experience in analyzing themes, film techniques, fashion, music and discourse around Japanese animation. Throughout my four years as a journalist and two years as a podcaster, I have acquired a multitude of skills such as experience in archiving, managing metadata, audio editing and engineering, marketing, community outreach and crafting manuscripts and outlines. Throughout my time as a creator, I have forged relationships with distribution companies such as Crunchyroll, GKIDS, and Eleven Arts, and kept a digital archive of every episode I have recorded for them and with the members of my podcast's community. I prioritize inclusion, organization, creativity, and wellness in both creation and collaboration, which is reflected in my episodes that focus on different aspects of mental and emotional health and the curative properties of tea. Aside from my love of anime and archiving, I actively search for retro anime and have an interest in restoration and learning about acquisition and distribution.
