Cameron is Vice- President of NOVAE, an energy development company offering a bundled, turn-key direct-connect solution for municipalities, power generators and other large end users of natural gas. NOVAE is actively building and acquiring gathering systems and other select mid-stream and generation assets.Mr. Raether is the founder and President of Valtech Energy Management, an energy consulting firm. Cameron provides strategic plans and energy supply evaluations to Fortune 500 companies, utilities and cooperatives. Cameron is one of a select group of arbitrators that serves on the National Energy Board of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) as a dispute resolution neutral for cases that specifically involve natural gas, oil, electricity, ethanol or any other form of energy.Prior to founding Valtech, Cameron spent two years with XENERGY, where he created the California Electric Aggregation Group (CEAG). This group consisted of a large group of industrial customers aggregating their power needs in order to take full advantage of the price improvement available under the retail wheeling program in California.Mr. Raether spent ten years as the Director of Energy for Domtar Gypsum.
