Managed ground-up construction projects for de novo builds, including budget management, interfaced with lender requests and coordinated contractors. Managed site development, including permitting, environmental studies, zoning, and planning for all new sites. Spearheaded the Grand Opening and Go-to-Market campaigns for all new locations. Additional key responsibilities included: • Creating SOP’s and training protocols for operational duties• Oversaw site planning, design, and layout• Hiring staff• Business Planning• Creating marketing plans for long term growth and new customer acquisitions

In charge of operations for a chain of express, flex and full service washes across 5 states. Upgraded operations, equipment, personnel, and revenue procedures to prepare a national car wash group for its exit. Supervised car wash operations, including marketing, sales, day-to-day operations, labor control /management, and customer relations for all national locations. Oversaw the acquisition of six new locations and ensured smooth transitions from previous owners. Implemented monthly recurring membership programs.

Managed day-to-day operations, created marketing and sales promotions, assessed growth and performance, and implemented training programs for staff. Developed bonus programs for management and Customer Service Representative positions to encourage and reward extraordinary performance.

Oversaw the day-to-day operations for 9 car washes and 5 lube centers. Created marketing and recurring membership programs, created SOPs and training protocols, and implemented labor efficiencies.
