Cameron boasts 11 years of experience as an outdoor professional, primarily functioning as a mountaineering climbing ranger. Throughout his tenure at Mount Rainier National Park, Cameron undertook the role of guiding park service employees up Mount Rainier. He also served as an instructor for mountaineering and rope rescue, delivering essential training. In Search and Rescue missions, he assumed the position of a team lead while also providing medical expertise as a certified EMT. Following a rewarding career with the National Park Service, Cameron initiated, Mountain Training Academy LLC.Mountain Training Academy specializes in offering comprehensive instruction and continuous education for diverse types of mountaineering terrain. At the heart of this instructional endeavor, Cameron emphasizes risk management and hazard mitigation as fundamental pillars for effective decision-making in mountainous environments.
