Manages ICFJ's major donor portfolio, facilitating high-quality interactions with partners and supporters to further ICFJ's mission and annual fundraising goals.

Responsible for supervising ACYPL’s fundraising and communications staff, supporting the CEO with fundraising and donor stewardship, managing ACYPL special projects including the biannual Professional Fellows Congress, and overseeing ACYPL’s social media activities.

In addition to performing responsibilities of the Development Manager, support special projects including the biannual Professional Fellows Congress. Manage conference planning logistics i.e. facilitating planning calls with Department of State, managing all hotel and transportation reservations, designing and producing conference sessions, and organizing the closing reception dinner.

Collaborate with CEO on all ACYPL fundraising projects and monitor progress towards annual fundraising goals.Coordinate 3-5 events annually including identifying venue, securing vendors and ensuring attendance and fundraising goals are met. Generate fundraising appeals that are appropriate to donors, both for corporations and individuals, and work with communication manager on marketing efforts related to fundraising and events.Solicit contributions from alumni for membership in the Alumni Council and generate acknowledgement letters. Work with CEO to support comprehensive donor stewardship program for corporate partners that includes soliciting nominations and providing updates on relevant ACYPL activities.Work with CEO to identify opportunities for increased giving by existing donors and prospects.Monitor and process all giving to ACYPL and prepare weekly reports for CEO and the Board of Trustees.

Actively maintained organization’s website and donor database, provided logistical support for meetings/events/travel, i.e. communicating with participants before and after events, making travel arrangements and booking accommodations, preparing materials, and compiling meeting notes.Assisted with grant submissions and reporting as needed, including editing, compiling required documentation, and composing cover letters or other materials required for submission.Conducted Foundation research and supported the growing fundraising/communications needs.Supported both the team in the Crossregional office in Washington, D.C. as well teams located in the regions virtually via email, Skype, and conference calling.
