Key activities included:• Generated ROI analyses for all machine design/OEE improvements to prioritize the most impactful changes• Created a simulation model to optimize the integration of machines and predict a capacity ramp plan in the factory• Championed a standard process for compiling machine data and created an automated reporting tool used during machine testing• Produced an ROI analysis to determine the most cost-effective assembly method for packaging excise sticker requirements
