My goal is to better the lives of those in and out of my community. I strive to accomplish this in the immediate and long-term future. I am passionate about a wide array of public health fields, from the mundane aspects of healthcare/insurance outcomes to the hands-on aspects of health programming.I would like to describe myself as a lifelong learner who is always eager to learn about other professions. I deeply enjoy learning about my field as well as careers that seemingly have little to do with Public Health. I want to use the skills of many jobs to further community health goals and reach as many people as possible. I see the value in putting yourself in someone else's shoes, as I believe the best way to know your community's needs is by working alongside your neighbors. Aside from that, I enjoy many media sources from books to movies and everything in between. My happy place is camping and kayaking in Fish Creek, NY. My ideal free time is learning about new things, watching a show/documentary, playing cards, and camping out by the water.
