Spatial’s business at the time I started consisted solely of video and image projects and in my role as Technical Lead it was my responsibility to assist the production team by creating tools to minimise repetitive tasks. Working in various languages from C# to Maxscript and AutoLISP, I helped the company grow quickly due to less time being spent manually repeating tasks. Meanwhile, I had started work on a Unity-based Real-Time Visualisation Platform to, essentially, view models. The Unity project was entirely written in C# and, after a few years, demand had grown to the point of requiring more developers. Spatial won a grant from the Queensland Government with the aim of bringing audio to a VR application to assist in assessing the impact of the new Grafton Bridge. While leading this project I also developed mobile apps, including VR and AR apps, based in Unity and Xamarin Forms.All these projects also integrated with Spatial's user tracking and analytics modules, as well as AWS services. I also developed a PHP-based web application to manage updates for the main touchscreen platform.Probably my most notable project at Spatial would be the West Gate Tunnel Project. It is, as of 2019, the most widespread use of the Real-Time application. The model is large, spanning from the M80 Interchange to Melbourne's CBD - approximately 15 kilometers of detailed roads and context. As well as the touchscreen Unity platform, I lead the development and release of multiple mobile apps, including VR and AR experiences. All of these apps are currently proudly on display, open to the public, at the Visitor Information Centre as well as Vicroad's head office and at the offices of the West Gate Tunnel Authority.I worked on numerous projects including (but not limited to):- West Gate Tunnel [VIC]- M4 Managed Motorway [NSW]- Cross River Rail [QLD]- Western Sydney Airport [NSW]- Swan Street Bridge [VIC]- Sydney Gateway [NSW]- Coffs Harbour Bypass [NSW]

Urban Circus was a highly valued introduction to the Infrastructure Visualisation industry.
