Throughout my working life so far, I have developed a range of skills, with the key ability being communication. With my current position at AvailableCar LTD, I have to be able to interpret the wants and needs of individual customers as well as being able to accurately explain the features and benefits of their prospective purchases. This role has also assisted me in developing my multitasking skills, along with my time-management skills due to the fast-flowing environment of car sales. These skills allow me to assist customers efficiently and thoroughly, reducing wait times and improving the general customer experience.In July 2024 I stepped away from the apprenticeship route to study a part-time Bachelor’s Degree in Motorsport Engineering as this was something I have always been passionate about.At the same time, I started in my role at AvailableCar. Leaving the apprenticeship, I wanted my work to involve assisting customers, as this is something I felt I could do very well in my previous jobs in retail. I also wanted to combine this with my passion for all things car related which led me to a car sales position.
