I influence the day-to-day success of the organization by leading operations, sales, marketing, and strategy to achieve company goals. I oversee the company's P&L, inventory cost, product margin, marketing budget, and cost-savings initiatives.

I directed activities to achieve operations excellence, attract outside funding, assemble board members with new partners, and multiply the business revenue. I built, led, and motivated a talented cross-functional leadership team in operations, sales, marketing, and HR. Furthermore, I significantly influenced new product development from idea to commercialization. Additionally, I partnered with national and regional retailers on innovation, activation, and shelf space.

To get the company off the ground and spark sustainable growth, I drove sales and marketing strategy and execution as well as marketing campaigns and promotions. I helped land the company on Shark Tank in 2014 which increased exposure of the brand. Additionally, I led the launch of high-protein pancake mixes and secured national distribution with Target, Costco, and other regional retailers.
